Northland Community Health Center (NCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) funded in part by the Bureau of Primary Health Care (BPHC) to provide healthcare services for all patients. We are a local community owned, non-profit healthcare organization providing access to quality healthcare for anyone regardless of ability to pay.

NCHC is based in three communities: McClusky, Rolette and Turtle Lake.

The health center is governed by a board of directors, the membership of which is made up of individuals from the NCHC communities.

Patients of NCHC are encouraged to apply for discounted healthcare services.  The process is simple and only takes a few minutes.
